Terms & Conditions

 1.⁠ ⁠Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of private sightseeing tours offered by Paris Green Ride using electric vehicles with driver-guides.

 2.⁠ ⁠Booking

Bookings can be made via the website, by email, or by phone.

A booking becomes final and binding once payment or the required deposit has been received.

 3.⁠ ⁠Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and correspond to the selected service.

The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the booking is confirmed.

 4.⁠ ⁠Payment methods

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit / debit card

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash

 5.⁠ ⁠Tour operation

Tours are carried out on the agreed date and time.

Routes are indicative and may be modified due to:

  • traffic conditions,

  • weather conditions,

  • or any circumstances beyond the control of Paris Green Ride.

 6.⁠ ⁠Client delay

In case of delay, the client must inform Paris Green Ride as soon as possible.

  • The delay may be deducted from the tour duration.

  • In case of significant delay or no-show, the tour may be cancelled without refund.

 7.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & refunds

  • More than 24 hours before the tour: cancellation or rescheduling may be possible according to the conditions provided at booking.

  • Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.

 8.⁠ ⁠Weather conditions

Tours operate year-round, including in rainy or cold weather.

Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund, except in exceptional cases where Paris Green Ride decides to cancel for safety reasons.

 9.⁠ ⁠Pets

Pets are accepted only if transported in a suitable carrier and remain under the sole responsibility of the client.

10.⁠ ⁠Insurance & liability

Vehicles are insured in accordance with applicable regulations, including professional public liability insurance.

Paris Green Ride shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

11.⁠ ⁠Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
